Did you try to login to Twitter today to find your account suspended? You’re not alone, it seems. This afternoon on Sunday, July 5th, 2009, Twitter.com suspended thousands of accounts on what they’re claiming is a “Spam Cloud” This suspension included @TryBPO.

What else can we expect from a free service that is probably horribly understaffed and overburdened. While Twitter is an amazing tool, until they find a way to make it profitable, I would imagine these suspensions and down-time will continue to get worse. It doesn’t help that there are people intent on bringing Twitter as a service to its knees.
