With the growing popularity of outsourcing as a business solution, customer satisfaction surveys are providing insight into which countries are best servicing their partners.  A new study conducted by Datacraft Asia shows that outsourcing to the Philippines and other places in Asia is one of the best options that ultimately leads to greater customer satisfaction than other options in different countries.

Currently, the Philippines and the rest of Asia lead the business process outsourcing market when it comes to customer satisfaction, with 78.6% of customers indicating ample performance.  This is a significant difference when compared to the fact that only 64.7% of customers dealing with a process outsourcing partner in another part of the world indicate satisfactory performance.
