It will cost less definately.. In team outsourcing there a 50% guys who dont do anything..and the rest 50% do with less takeover.. Best option : team outsourcing for few years then individual outsourcing to the same members of the team... Ofcourse know the salary..of themm I can bet they will cost less.. Having the work load distributed among multiple trained agents is the best way to avoid a single point of failure. Only a well managed BPO company who is concerned with his customer's success can provide that. Too many are simply trying to make a quick buck. @Jenny
