SEO or Search Engine Optimization (The process of listing a website in the first page of major search engines through web development, link-building and internet marketing) is gaining notoriety through the years, it has produced a number of successful campaigns in different parts of the world particularly in India and the Philippines.
Multi-National Companies have recognized the strength of the internet and search engines in being able to give a major push in their products and get a hold of the global market.
SEO provided the most logical explanation for jumpstarting outsourcing. Some salaries for SEO services are priced at hefty salaries in the U.S. An SEO Specialist for example can earn as much as $80,000 to $100,000 per month while in the Philippines an SEO specialist can only earn from Php 15,000 to Php 25,000 that would translate in dollars to $375 to $625. That is more than a thousand percent difference from the original salary as required in the U.S. for the same job.
Every year the returns from the investment by the companies through outsourcing have been proven beneficial if not outright advantageous on their end and the outsourced SEO specialists are more than willing to accept the work due to massive unemployment in their country.
Looking back at the advent of call centers in third world countries, call center agents have been proven effective in accounting for millions of subscribers looking for help with their cable internet connections amongst other computer related inquiries.
The shift so far has called for a massive deluge of outsourcing projects mostly coming from computer related industries. And companies had spent countless amounts of money and time in doing so with great results if not dynamic that most have already setup their business in the outsourced employees country.
SEO in its part opened a new gateway of opportunities and probabilities in the Internet marketing Arena as more and more SEO specialists and internet marketing enthusiasts are learning the tricks and trades in a different kind of market which only a skillful mind and a stable connection can provide.
The movement has become more complicated that it doesn’t entail one Outsourcer buying a whole building and setting up a Call center company in the host country. Nowadays one has only a website to buy and a third world country to look for an eager employee and voila, easy money.

I am coming out to the Philippines in the early part of February /March 2010 I am looking for a company that I can have a good working partnership with in the area of SEO/SEM.
There are many companies in the UK now offering this service but what I am hearing is they are not getting great results. Therefore, there are some great opportunities for a company offer high quality services.
