I get your point. I really do. In other days I would’ve enjoyed debating about it rather than getting caught up in my Philippine call center business.

Even Indian companies are eyeing the Philippines for expansion. Almost a year later from the posting of this blog, India-based firms, like WNS Global Services, are set to expand its Philippine operations and looking at the establishment of new sites.

Factors that prompted this are the Philippines' huge growth potential, abundance of skilled English-speaking talents and strong government support for the sector.

It is really an advantage that Filipinos have good command in the English language. One reason, perhaps, that more Filipinos engage themselves in outsourcing industry is it doesn't need a particular degree to get in the position, say call center agents. And Filipinos are very competitive and flexible people; no wonder why BPO industry has found its haven and comfort in the land of the Philippines.

Unfortunately, these are the types of requests that we get all of the time. There are outsourcing companies out there so hungry/hurting for business that they don't even bother to research the company they are contacting to see what they do. With just a bit of research, they would have realized we're an outsourcing company that offers the same thing!

Please be aware that contact like this is generally frowned upon by legitimate companies and TryBPO would never spam you for business...nor would our reputable competitors.
