Account suspended earlier today as well. It's a huge pain but if they don't repeal the suspension, I will just do it again. Twitter only has 32 employees, their site is notoriously slow, they have not responded to my request as of yet and I doubt they will, and I really am losing respect for them.

I trust I am not the only user who feels this way.

I was going to say, tweet when they start repealing suspensions or fix the bug - oh wait, that's not possible anymore..

Bleep expletive deleted.

Update: It appears @TryBPO is back up and running. Make sure to check and see if your account is as well. If not, post here and we'll make some noise for you.

Crystal - It does seem Twitter needs to do something better than shotgunning innocent users because of a "Spam Cloud". What is a spam cloud, anyway?

Lonn - We understand how frustrated you are. Check again, your Twitter account might be back already.

Hi. I'm a professional who being relatively new to Twitter by a few months, began to garner followers and vise-versa, via this social medium. I enjoyed the fact that legitimate spammers often got caught.

However, my message is for the unwarranted, suddenly suspended fellows like myself. I just hate that the suspension page looks so bad to people who may want to, or have been following.

I'm an honest, jovial CEO, webmaster, mentor, and publisher. I've put my heart and effort in many of my tweets. They are for real, so that's why I'm going to say this also:

When I come across a twitter account page that says "mosey on along" or whatnot, that almost gives me an inkling or an instant cause to judge the person that I don't know and wonder, "What criminal activity has this person got caught for? Can this person be harmful if I am I linked to this person somewhere else?"

We all are inundated with internet scams, so those questions above are legit and subsequently, Twitter can hurt someone's reputation when improperly suspending them.

Basically I think an improperly suspended account is more like "online slander." I'm proposing a Twitter use a separate message for inconclusive, temporary account problems.

I wish I could thank everyone it mattered to for following me after my ridiculous ousting. To all the quality tweeters out there, stay real!

If Twitter decides to reinstate my account, which I'm sure they would enjoy my tweets too if they did, Now, I'll probably end up shutting it down anyhow.

I don't want to go through this again, especially after working on establishing online relationships. The owners need to take more moments to figure out their network bottlenecks, and well, "tweak twitter."

Fortunately for me, it's quite okay that their action was not right. Something "clicked" with me after this happened with my account suspension, and, sorry to say, but I just realized how unimportant Twitter is to my social life. No, I wouldn't have felt this way if that hadn't happened.

Sure Twitter can be a great leverage tool for marketing. To that end, I think it's cleaver. Oprah mentions Twitter, and its social power skyrockets even more.

On the flip side of that though, it could also be very bad for a person who is building a reputation with thousands, or millions of "reciprocal" followers perhaps, just to find one day that their account suddenly got whacked.

Regardless, it doesn't really matter all that much anyhow.

Actually, I laughed when I found out about it. It's Twitter's loss. Hopefully this post doesn't come off vindictive, because it's okay, and I'm voicing a potential problem with people who want the best out of social media.

Lastly, the experience is not even a minute problem for me, especially in comparison to the scheme of real problems people have to embrace in their everyday lives.
